This activity is used to schedule employees for emergency service duty.
A duty interval is entered, and the additional payment is calculated and presented on the Results tab in the Time Card Day window. The emergency service result will be calculated for each calendar day. If the employee should clock in during the emergency service duty, the result will be automatically recalculated and adjusted if necessary.
The employee must be connected to an emergency service schedule, which includes emergency service types that define the additional pay.
When linked to an emergency service compensation schedule when set up for emergency service duty, the employee will have the time card result calculated with consideration to the definitions in the emergency schedule. The result is added day by day, , after the day has ended.
