Unfreeze Contract Revision

Explanation

Use this activity to unfreeze a frozen contract revision. In some cases it might be necessary to modify a contract revision after its been frozen. By unfreezing a contract revision and then modifying it, the ability to compare baselines and track what has changed will not be possible.

Prerequisites

Contract revision must be frozen

System Effects

• Contract revision is unfrozen.
• Frozen check box will be cleared in both Sales Contract/Items and Sales Contract/Revision tabs.
• Changes on contract lines and contract line items are allowed.

Procedure

1. In the Sales Contract/Revision tab window, select the revision to be unfrozen.
2. Right-click and select Unfreeze and click Yes in the information message to confirm.
