Copy All Reasons for Issue

Explanation

Use this activity to copy all reasons for issue to a specified document class. When this activity is performed, all data that exists in the Document Basic/Reason for Issue tab is copied to the Document Class Management/Reason for Issue tab and applied to a specific document class.

As a result of this activity, reasons for issue values in the Document Basic/Reason For Issue tab become available to the selected document class.

Procedure

  1. Open the Document Class Management window and click the Reason For Issue tab.
  2. Enter a valid class in the Document Class field.
  3. Right-click anywhere in the table grid and select Copy All Reasons for Issue. Shortly, the reason for issue values are copied in. You can delete unwanted values.
  4. Click Save.
