Delete Document Transmittal

Explanation

This activity is used to delete a document transmittal.

Prerequisites

• Transmittal must be in preliminary state.
• Any documents connected to the transmittal must be detached.
• If the transmittal is connected to a project, it must be disconnected.
• Only the creator of the transmittal can delete it.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, a document transmittal is deleted.

Procedure

1. Open the Transmittals or Transmittal window.
2. Query for the transmittal to be deleted.
3. Press Delete button (F7) or select Delete icon.
4. Complete the deletion by pressing Save button (F12) or selecting Save icon.
