Enter Activity Type

Explanation

This activity is used to view, modify, or enter information about activity types. This can be carried out by a user who has access to CRM and SRM Basic Data window.

This activity has no prerequisites.

• An activity type is created and is available for use on the Business Activity header.

Procedure

1. Open the CRM and SRM Basic Data window and click the Activity Types tab.
2. Create a new record.
3. Enter the short code for activity type in the Activity Type field.
4. Enter a description of the activity type in the Description field.
5. Save the information.
