Procedure

To Add from the Representative Group:

1. Open the Representative 360 window and go to the tab.
2. Select a record.
3. Right-click and then click Add From Representative Group.
4. The Add From Representative Group dialog box will open.
5. Select a representative group from the list.
6. Click OK.
