Choose Export Mode

Explanation

Use this activity to specify the export mode. The export mode controls the following:

• Whether one Company Template file should be created per component or if a single Company Template file should be created representing all selected components.
• If translations should be exported or not.

The default value is for one Company Template file per component to be created and for the template translations to be exported.

Creating one Company Template file per component is typically used when creating files to be a part of component releases. Sometimes it can be more convenient to create a single Company Template file representing that data of all selected components.

Note that if translations should be exported, then:

• Language files will be created per component and language if you selected to create one Company Template file per component.
• A single translation file, representing all selected components, will be created per language if you selected to create a single Company Template file.
