Explanation

To modify a company template, start with selecting a target company template.

Possible reasons for modifying a company template are:

• The template is not valid but you want to indicate it as valid.
• You want to specify the template as the default template.
• The template gives errors when used as source for creating a company, and you want to correct these errors.
• You need to update detail data of one or more specific logical units to get a consistent template. 

Prerequisites

Company templates must be available in the database.
