This activity is used to save and/or email the resultant excel report without Business Analytics functionality. The Excel report without BA (Business Analytics) functionality is exported in order to distribute it to users who do not have IFS BA installed. Such users may also modify the data in Excel reports which can be later imported back to the BA report and then written back to the IFS Applications.
While Excel report is exported you can also save the executed report with BA functionality in the BA export archive and/or in the local disk. The saved BA reports can be used for later import of external data or for later reference.
