Use this tab to enter details about document transmittal receivers. Document receivers can be customers, suppliers and subcontractors. The customer or supplier should be registered in the Customer or Supplier window respectively. You can select the receiver's address from the addresses entered in the Customer or Supplier window. Only the addresses with the Document address type will be considered for transmittal receiver addresses. If there is a project connected to the transmittal and contact persons are defined in the Document Transmittal Receiver Contact Persons window for this project, you can select one of the persons registered in the Person window as the contact person. If no contact persons have been defined for the project, the list of contact persons will be taken from the contacts of the customer or supplier. If no persons have been defined in both places, you can select any person registered in IFS application. If the receiver is a subcontractor, you can select a registered person as a subcontractor. In this instance, the receiver and receiver contact person will be the same. If you want to enter additional information, for example a person or an address not registered in IFS applications, these can be entered in the Information field.
