Create Distribution Lists

Explanation

Use this function to give employees the authority to view the matching parameter and its results. The employees cannot change any parameter or start a process in this function. The System Administrator should be the only person to have access to create a Distribution List.

Prerequisites

Before registering a Distribution List, the following must have been completed: Matching Name, Job Specification, Matching Profile, and Employee Competency must have been registered.

Procedure

  1. Select New.
  2. Enter the employee number in the Employee No field by using the List of Values. The Valid From and Valid To fields will be entered by the system with default values. You can change these values. Enter any remark in the Remark field.
  3. Save.
