Explanation

Use this function to register new Counseling Plan Dates for you and your subordinates. (=Development reviews).

Procedure

1. Select the counselor that will conduct the review.
2. In the upper table window, add new in order to create a new review. 
3. Enter Employee, Planned date, time and in note you can enter where the review will be. This information is displayed in the personal reminder portlet.
4. Save.
