Register Employee Licenses
Explanation
This activity is used to describe the
license and certification held by the employee.
Prerequisites
- The name and description of the licenses are required
to be already defined in the Education and Experiences/Licenses
tab.

Procedure
- Open the
Employee window and
select an employee to register license information.
- Select the Employee/Qualifications/Licenses
tab.
- Select New and enter the license name by selecting
a value from the list in the License Name field.
- Enter a description for the license in the
Description field.
- In the Valid From and Valid To
fields, specify the valid period of the license for the employee.
- Save.
