Execute On Line/Print Report

Explanation

Use this activity to execute and print the report. The default value for every new report template is that the report is generated on line.

Prerequisites

Before the report is executed and printed, the following must have been completed:

• The report template must have been selected in Order Report, the Selection tab.

System Effects

As a result of this activity the report is generated and printed. The report can be reprinted via the Archived Reports window.

Procedure

Use the following procedure to execute a report on line:

1. Open Order Report and find the report you want to generate on line.
2. Select the Execute tab.
3. Mark Online.
4. Confirm the information.
