Rollback Periodical Capitalization

Explanation

This activity is used to rollback periodical capitalization.

Prerequisites

• The procedure for Periodical Capitalization and Revenue Recognition (PCRR) must have the Capitalized status.

System Effects

Periodical capitalization process in status Capitalized will be rolled back to status Defined. Original capitalization voucher will be reversed by a new voucher of the same voucher type. If capitalization was an Empty Capitalization, no voucher will be created during the rollback process.

Procedure

1. Open the Periodical Capitalization and Revenue Recognitions window.
2. Select the periodical capitalization and revenue recognition process you want to rollback, right-click and then click Rollback periodical Capitalization.
