Use the following procedure to define the code part:

1. Open Define Code String and find the code parts.
2. Enter the optional name for the code part in the Internal Name field.
3. Select Yes in the Code Used field.
4. Select "FA Accounting" in the Code Part Function field.
5. Enter the maximal number of characters.
6. Enter a description in the Description field.
7. Save the information.
