This activity is used to enter enclosure number series.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, an enclosure series must exist in the system.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the invoice enclosures will be assigned numbers automatically when they are printed.

Procedure

1. Open the Enclosure Series window and query for the enclosure series ID for which you want to enter a number series.
2. Select the enclosure series line, right-click and click Enclosure Number Series to open the Enclosure Number Series window.
3. Create a new record in the table.
4. Enter the date from which the number series is valid in the Valid From field.
5. Enter the first value in the number range in the Start Value field.
6. Enter the last value in the number range in the End Value field.
7. Save the entry.
