Review Planned Work

Explanation

This activity is used to view the defined work scope. This can be done on the maintenance order or in the work order execution logic structure. The work load can be reviewed to make sure that it will be possible to perform the work within the allocated time and with the available resources.

Prerequisites

To perform this activity, a maintenance order must have been created and released.

Procedure

Use the following procedure to view a maintenance order:

1. Open the Maintenance Order window and query (F3) for the necessary maintenance order.
2. The tasks included on the maintenance order can be viewed in the structure navigator displayed in the Maint. Order Str. tab or on the Included Tasks tab.
3. If the Execution Logic Structure distribution type is used, click the Exec. Logic tab and then click the Gantt sub tab. To view the entire execution logic structure in the Gantt chart, select the topmost node in the execution logic structure which is found to the left of the tab.

Use the following procedure to view a work order execution logic structure:

1. Open the Work Order Execution Logic window and query (F3) for the necessary work order.
2. View the structure of the work order in the work order structure displayed to the left of the window or you can click the Gantt tab to view the structure in a Gantt chart.
