Enter Warehouses for Site

Explanation

This activity is used to enter the warehouses to the current site in your warehouse structure. In this activity it is also possible to see how attributes are inherited from the warehouse structure and enter deviating attributes on the warehouses.

Prerequisites

A site must be entered.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the required warehouses with attributes, are connected to the warehouse structure.

Procedure

From the Warehouses window:

1. Open the Warehouses window.
2. Click New to create a new record.
3. Enter suitable values in the other appropriate fields.
4. Save the record.

From the Warehouse Navigator/Warehouses tab:

1. Open the Warehouse Navigator window and populate or query for the relevant site.
2. Click the Warehouses tab.
3. Create a new record and enter a value in the Warehouse field.
4. Enter a description in the Description field.
5. Enter suitable values in the appropriate fields.
6. Save the record.
