Enter WO Cost 

Explanation

Use this activity to enter work order costs for the standard job. 

Prerequisites

Before the costs are entered for the standard job, the following must have been completed:

• The current standard job must have been retrieved in the window.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the costs are linked to the standard job. When the standard job is linked to to a PM action or a work order, all the costs entered here will be copied.

Procedure

Use the following procedure to enter the information:

1. Select the Planning tab.
2. Use the New function and select the work order cost type.
3. Enter the information for the cost type. 
4. Save the information.
