Check Consolidation Details

Explanation

Use this activity to display information about the line selected in the Parent Consolidations and the Subsidiary Consolidations windows. If the selected line contains information on general ledger balances, that information is displayed in the Balances tab. If the selected line contains information on budget values, that information is displayed in the Budget Values tab.

Prerequisites

Before showing the detailed consolidation information, the balances or the budget values must have been consolidated successfully.

System Effects

As a result of the activity, details for the consolidation information is displayed.

Procedure

1. Open the Parent Consolidations window.
2. Select a line, right-click and then click Details.
3. If the line contains information about general ledger balances, you can view the information in the Balances tab. If the line contains information about budget values, you can view the information in the Budget Values tab.
   Note: Click the Subsidiary Consolidations window and follow the same procedure starting from step 2 if you want to view the consolidation details from the subsidiary company.
