Use this window to register information that you would like to have displayed in the Employee/Personal/Free Fields window. This information is free to define and will therefore vary depending of your needs. You can then use it to retrieve data from the system to create, e.g., reports.
Examples: Visa expires, keys, laptops, helmet size, credit card, ethnicity.
The following options are available on the right mouse button menu:
Change Free Field No, this dialog allows the user to relocate the field in the Free Fields tab.
Convert to Property, this dialog allow the user to convert a free field into a property code, i.e., to move the field from the Free Fields tab to the Properties tab.
