View Order History

Explanation

This activity is used to view the history of order transactions. The Customer Order/Order History tab shows who did what, when and in which revision. Important changes generate detailed lines that show the attribute that was changed as well as its old and new values. You cannot change any information or values in this tab.

Prerequisites

• A customer order header must have been entered and saved.

Procedure

1. Display the order that you want to view via the Populate or Query function.
2. Select the Customer Order/Order History tab.
