Monitor Sub Contract Value Summary

Explanation

This activity is used to view a summary of the sub contract's value. Since a sub contract can consist of deliverables in different currencies, it is necessary to be able to view the total contract value split on the different currencies that are used on the sub contract. Using this activity, you can group and summarize data in order to display the sub contract value as desired.

Procedure

1. Open the Sub Contract window and query (F3) for the necessary sub contract.
2. Click the Summary tab.
3. Click Search. 
4. In the Search - Summary dialog box, use the Group and Sum functions to group and summarize the values, as desired.
