Note: If you have not yet already done so, create the following :
Create a configuration characteristic of XXGDCOLOR (XX=your initials).
Open the Configuration Characteristic window and enter your characteristic with alphanumeric and discrete options.
Option values are not mandatory and can only be used if the characteristic is set to discrete option. For this exercise enter option values White, Black, and Gray.
