Main Exercise

Purpose: The purpose of this lesson is to show you how to enter a technical coordinator.

Inventory Basic Data/Technical Coordinators

Enter Technical Coordinator

1. Create a new record (F5).
2. In the Tech Coordinator ID field, select a person using the List of Values. The person's name and phone number, if any, appear automatically.
3. Optionally, select the Blocked for Use check box to block the technical coordinator from further use.
4. Save your changes (F12).
