Creating Master Schedule Sets

Purpose: The purpose of this exercise is to create optional master schedule sets for forecast planning. 

Windows:
MS Basic Data /Master Schedule Set

Note: MS sets 0 (base plan) and 1 (plannable table for MRP and CRP) are created when the system is installed. MS sets 2 through 99 (Other) are user-definable. Master schedule sets are not site-specific and should only be created once per company.

1. Open the Master Schedule Set tab.
2. Populate the window.
3. Create a new record.
4. Enter an MS set number from 2 through 99.
5. Enter a description for the MS set.
6. Save your changes.
7. Repeat steps 3 through 6 for each MS set you want to create.
