Purpose: The purpose of this exercise is to set an approved project forecast as the project budget.

Setting Budget as Active Project Budget

1. Open the Project Forecast Info window and query for the approved project forecast (which has a forecast type which is set as a budget).
2. Right-click on the header, click Status and then click Set as Budget.
