Sales Groups—Basic Data and Requirements Exercise

IMPORTANT

Main Exercise

Purpose: The purpose of this exercise is to familiarize you with the basic functionality of sales groups.

Windows:
Sales Basic Data/Sales Groups

Steps: To complete this exercise, perform the following steps in the sequence shown.

IFS Racing sells two types of sales parts, cars (General Sales Group 1) and spare parts (General Sales Group 2). They want to create a sales group for each part type.

  1. Select New (F5).
  2. Enter the code XX10 in the Sales Group field.
  3. Enter General Sales Group 1 as the description.
  4. Select New (F5).
  5. Enter XX20 and General Sales Group 2, respectively.
  6. Select Save (F12).
