1. Define a customer agreement for the primary customer of the service contract.
2. Include one or more sales parts.

Main Exercise

Purpose: The purpose of this exercise is to learn how to enter special agreements to be explicitly used by the service contract and to search for sales part prices.

Windows:
Service Contract/Price Agreements/Special Agreements
Service Contract/Price Agreements/Sales Part Price

Enter Special Agreements

1. Open the Service Contract window and query for the service contract you created.
2. Click the Price Agreement/Special Agreements tab and create a new record (F5).
3. Use the List of Values to select a suitable agreement and save (F12).

Search for Sales Part Price

1. Open the Service Contract window and query for the service contract you created.
2. Click the Price Agreement/Sales Part Price tab and enter a sales part for which you want to lookup prices.
3. Enter the date to be searched and click Search.
