Purpose: The purpose of this lesson is to create a reject reason that can be used when rejecting a service quotation.

Create Reject Reason

1. Open the Service Quotation Basic Data window.
2. Create a new record in the Reject Reason tab.
3. Enter Too Expensive in the Rejection Reason ID field.
4. Enter The quotation is too high in price, in the Description field.
5. Save the record.
