Purpose: The purpose of this exercise is to show you the required data that is used in the exercises below.

1. Enter application values for each contract item, then save your changes (F12).

1. Receive the application for payment.

Main Exercise

Purpose: The purpose of this exercise is to enter certified values for work and stored materials for each item in the sub contract valuation.

Windows:
Sub Contract Valuation

Entering Item Certificate Values 

1. Open the Sub Contract Valuation window and click the Item Valuation tab.
2. Select a line in the upper table and then select all the rows corresponding to that line in the lower table, right-click and click Copy Valuation to Certified.
3. Save the record (F12).
4. Repeat for each contract line and its corresponding items.

Note: If you prefer to enter certified values manually, then go to each item and enter the desired certified value in the Certified Work field then save your changes.
