Enter Report Column Control
Explanation
Use this activity to specify the relationship
between the tax code subgroups defined in IFS Applications and the template
columns used by the templates. This activity affects only the template specified
in the Template ID
field.
Prerequisites
Tax code subgroups must have been entered in
Tax
Group and the country of the company should belong to those
countries that has templates for field control.
System Effects
As a result of this entry, you can enter tax report information based on the
template defined.

Procedure
- Open the Tax Template Column
Control window.
- In the Template ID field, select the appropriate template.
Available templates depend on the country of the company. The corresponding
template description appears automatically in the Template Description
field.
- In the Tax Code Group ID field, select the appropriate tax code
group from the List of Values.
- In the table portion of the window, create a new record.
- Select one of the template columns included in the specified template
using the List of Values. The description of the template column appears
automatically in the Description field. The tax base amount, tax
amount, tax percentage, tax base amount type, tax direction, decimals in the
tax amount, and decimals in the tax base amount also appear automatically if
they are to be reported for this template column. Whether values are
editable or not
depends
on the template used.
- In the Sub Group ID column, use the List of Values to select the
tax code subgroup that you want to map to the specified template column.
This subgroup belongs to the tax code group that you specified previously.
- If applicable, to specify a column header use the right mouse button
option Column Header. Values entered will appear as column header in
the printed report.
- Save your changes.
- Repeat the steps 4-8 until you add all required template columns to be
printed on the tax report.
