Enter a Revisit Request

Explanation

This activity is used to enter a request for revisit to the customer of the work order. When this is done an event will be trigged to inform the service center that a revisit is required.

Prerequisites

System Effects

As a result of this activity, an entry is generated in the work order journal.

Window

The mobile device on which IFS Mobile Work Order is installed.

Procedure

  1. On the Home Screen, tap Work Orders.
  2. Tap on the the work order for which you wish to create a revisit request.
  3. Long-tap on the screen and then tap Re-visit Request.
  4. From the values available in the spin list for the Reason field, select the reason for requesting a revisit.
  5. Optionally, enter a note.
  6. Tap Save.

    Note: If you have set up a work order survey to appear at this stage of the work flow, the survey will be opened. Respond to the survey and click Save.
