View Fault Report Information

Explanation

This activity is used to get an overview of the fault reports and services which are planned for the particular equipment object, in order to be able to plan the visit and decide when to visit. The activity is also useful for the B2B user in order to find out if a newly found fault already has been reported or not.

Prerequisites

• Work orders in statuses below the Started status must be registered for the particular equipment object.
• The work orders must be created for corrective maintenance.

Procedure

1. Click on the Report In link for the work order in the Active Work Orders portlet or Active Route Work Orders portlet. The Report in Work Order or Report in Route Work Order page is opened.
2. Click on the View Fault Report Info link. The Fault Report Information page is opened.
3. View the information that is entered for the fault report.
