Use this step in the assistant to give certain project teams access to the project.
If there are teams defined in Project Team window, that have the
Access to
New Projects checkbox selected, these will be displayed here, and it is possible
to add or remove records. This means that if you want to give access to
any other teams, you can do so here.
The teams that you specify on this page will automatically get access to all
subprojects in the project. If you want to include or exclude
teams for specific sub projects, you can do so in
Project/Project
Access/Access Definition tab after completing this assistant.
The
team access can later be viewed in Project/Project Access/Team
Access, the team members in Project/Project Access/Team Members tabs.
This step will only be
visible if you select the Project Access On checkbox in the first step.
